My husband and I looked at many mirrors online and this seemed just right. It is shaped as a very shallow bowl w/mirror at bottom, but that was perfect for our application - using it over a fireplace/mantel between bookcases. It looks just right and a very nice size that is not too large nor too small. The quality is top notch with very solid wood and coloring.

The picture on the website makes it look like the mirror outer edge goes to the wall - it does not in actuality. The mirror outer edge goes away from the wall...hard to describe, but basically the mirror is concave, not convex as pictured. Consequently, it has a more modern look rather than the more traditional look I was going for.
