        When I ordered the mirror it did not come with the hooks for hanging. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful with providing options. In the end I have a beautiful mirror hanging over the fire place. It looks very elegant. It is exactly what I wanted! Thank you

              The mirror arrived without hardware on the back. After repeated contact with the company I was told hardware was not included despite the fact that the description on the website says 4 hooks are included. I am returning the mirror.

              Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

                  I never installed a mirror before, and didn't think of what other things I needed for set up. I ended up buying two hooks to hang my mirror on, and a drill set. There are four hooks on the back: two- if you were to hang it horizontally, and two if you were to hang it vertically. I doubt many people actually hang it horizontally. For my vertical use, I had to unscrew the hooks attached to the mirror as they were towards the second top of the mirror, and the two hooks I purchased were bulky. I had to screw them towards the top back of the mirror. Other than that, the products looks great.

                  Service and delivery comments:

                  There were three attemps made to deliver this product. First time- it was damaged by Fedex and sent back (Fed-Ex had already inspected this during shipping so I didn't even get the damaged mirror. It is good that they acknowledged something may have happened to it and inspected before actually sending it to me). Second time - it arrived at my door. I opened it, and the mirror was cracked. I called them, advised them about it and suggested that they put bubble wrap (b/c it didn't really seem to have protection). Third time- it arrived in good condition (finally). I waited almost a month, but thankfully- the company understood my inconvenience and gave me a discount.

                  Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
