I bought this mirror to put over my piano. It is a nice design but the frame is made of a hard foam material that breaks in shipping. I had to re-order the mirror twice already and am waiting for the 3rd to come in. The first 2 times it came in the frames were cracked or pcs were broken off.
this was due to the way it was packed. There were only 2 pcs of 1/2' thick foam to protect the mirror in the box.

Service and delivery comments:

My delivery was prompt however the mirror was broken around the frame 2 times and had to re-order 2 times.

Mirror came in but had to be returned because there was a crack in the frame.Was not really shipped in a box that was sturdy enough. The mirror was attached to a board with a 1/2' thick pc of foam but was not strong enough to take an impact during shipping. Customer service set-up a call tag and I ordered a new one. Hopefully It will not be cracked when it arrives
