We have a cherry finish vanity in an 80's bathroom and needed a face lift. Replaced the "cool" mirrored cabinet with one more transitional, updated hardware, and replaced the vinyl with tile. Overall a budget makeover. Only fear is that the finish will not survive humidity and damp hands. We will see.

Cabinet went into a bathroom remodel. It is a very appropriate design. The recessed metal part was not imprssive, an ordinary one. The end brackets supposedly attach the glass shelves to the grooves in the metal cabinet sides. These proved useless!

Stainless steel or coated heavier guage sheet metal would improve the value of this cabinet.
