      When I went to clean the mirror and dust the frame, I noticed silver finish come off on my dust cloth. This may be extra silver as no loss is noticeable on the frame and the finish may harden with time.

          I was very pleased with the quality and finish when the mirror turned up. It looks very good and the details in the frame appear to be of nice quality. Also - while it wasn't what I would describe as "light" - I was surprised in that it wasn't nearly has heavy or unwieldy as I expected.

          Service and delivery comments:

          I was pleased with the delivery. The company called me to schedule a time and was easy to deal with. They showed up at the beginning of the delivery window and were careful to check the item for any damage or issues. They were also nice enough to take the large box with them when they left.

          The mirror is simply stunning! We love it! Unfortunately, the frame had a slight crack in it. The customer service department at Hayneedle was so wonderful to work with, they sent out a new mirror with no hassle whatsoever! It was a pleasure to work with Hayneedle and I will continue to do so.
