As the other two comments state, this mirror is not exactly the same as the picture. However, they are minor differences and do not make that big of a difference. Also, this mirror is not as flat looking as it is in the picture because it has raised edges that make the mirror beautiful. The shipping was a bit longer than I expected but I am so happy to have it that the extra week it took was alright. Overall this is a stunning piece and I am happy to have it and wish I could buy all the closest girls in my life one.

The mirror is great! However, it came broken and we had to pay someone to come fix it. It was the FORTH time that it got delivered broken. They didn't know how to package a mirror to be sent properly. I can understand one time, but four? I ordered this mirror in September, and 4 months later I finally got it! If we didn't need to get it fixed, I would say it is worth the wait.

I tried twice to purchase the "Hilary" silver floor mirror through Hayneedle/Simply Mirrors. The first time, in September, I waited all day on the appointed day for my delivery. When the delivery hadn't been made at 5 PM, I called the shipper (Pilot) and was told that they did not have the mirror. It took me 2 days of phone calls to discover that the mirror had been received "damaged" at Pilot's facility and had been "destroyed". No one at Hayneedle/Simply Mirrors or Pilot contacted me to tell me that my mirror wasn't going to be delivered. I re-ordered the mirror, which was supposed to be delivered on October 19th. I called the shipper (Pilot, again) on the morning on October 19th to re-confirm the delivery time, and was told that again the mirror had arrived "damaged" at their facility and had been "destroyed". This had happened on October 8th, over 11 days ago. Again, no one from Pilot or Hayneedle/Simply Mirrors called me, nor did they arrange to have a replacement mirror sent in time to deliver my item on the appointed date. Hayneedle/Simply Mirrors blamed Bassett, saying that the mirror wasn't packed adequately and that was why it was constantly being "damaged" during shipping. Hayneedle offered to have me re-order the mirror a 3rd time, and to arrange "White Glove" delivery, which would apparently mean that the mirror would be packaged better, however I had no more patience. I had already lost 2 days of income while I sat home waiting for the delivery, which has cost me several thousand dollars (I'm a consultant, and when I turn down work, I don't make any money). I have now ordered the mirror through another retailer.

I read the reviews for this mirror, took a deep breath, and hoped it wouldn't happen to me...But sure enough the mirror was completely obliterated in shipping. I mean smashed and bent and unsalvagable. I don't understand why SimplyMirrors.com isn't paying attention to how they ship. Isn't this their business? Shipping mirrors? Yet all these people are having a problem just getting their order in one piece! Too bad, because the mirror looked like it would have been perfect. Definitely silver in color as opposed to the goldish hue that is pictured, but that would have worked for me. On the bright side, they promptly refunded my credit card. They didn't seem surprised by the condition the mirror was received...just credited me and told me to toss it out. What a waste.

I order this product 4 times. Each time it came broken. The shipping company said that with the bumps in the road there is no way it would ever make it without extra packing and should have a crate around it. Hayneedle asked for extra packing the last 2 times and none was added. I would have kept trying because I wanted this mirror so badly, but they refuse to ship any more. It isn't my fault, but the people shipping it are not putting enough packing around it so therefore I won't be getting my dream mirror.

I have been waiting for this mirror and they tried to deliver it two times already and the shipping company broke it both times!!!! And every time they have to send me a new one they have to refund my credit card and then recharge it instead of just sending me a new mirror. I stil, haven't received the mirror and I asked for extra packing both times. If it comes broken a third time they said they' re not sending me another mirror.One would think they're use another freight company of figure out how to get me the mirror in on piece! It's NOT rocket science.
