      I bought this for my wife for christmas, only when the armoire arrived it had some damage to it that was obviously from it being mis handled by the shipping company. I call up hayneedle and they imediately sent another one over with over night shipping to ensure that it arrived by Christmas. It did, and my wife loved it. Great product great customer service.

All screws were loose inside, I try to put them back but the wood was striped. Also the finishing was very poor and the mirror was too small. I think they know that 85 percent of people will not be sent back for not wasting time. I do not recommend ordering any furniture from this website at all.

      The customer service was terrible for this product. The company sent me the wrong color wood. I had to mail it back, and order another. The did't cover the shipping for the return.
